Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 
Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. We currently offer shipping in the USA only. Canada coming soon. 
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-4 business days.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours. 
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 4-7 days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in USA.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. We partner with some of the top payment centers so everything is safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from shopoohlaluxe.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 What happens if I didn't receive my packages? 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the postal carrier. ShopOohLaLuxe does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

Why did I get multiple tracking numbers? 

If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship what's available and the rest will be shipped as soon as possible.
