Refund Policy

Orders placed on this site outside of the US cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will gladly accept your return for a Store credit or Exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Postage MUST be marked 3 business days after received order to be accepted as exchanged from us. 

That means, if you received your package on Thursday, we should be notified immediately that it does not fit and postage should be marked no later than the following Tuesday.

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Hot tubs heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects.

Returned Swimwear items must meet these requirements: •Returned within 3 business days of receipt of receiving your order. •In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. •Accompanied by its receipt. •Panty liner and tag must still be attached

4 EASY Steps On Exchanging:

1-Write down on your receipt on the bottom part of your receipt- the size or style your exchanging it for.

2-Package The Items Back into package (Optional- Same package will save you Shipping costs)

3-Take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.

4-Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you're set! (First class shipping is recommended & Add a tracking to your return) (The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.)

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-10 business days. If you're needing you return processed much FASTER Please contact our offices.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel once it has been process and/or shipped.
